1. How do I change the number of words/pictures/numbers/balls used?     -  Many people do not need 75 numbers/pictures/words/phrases (balls) for their bingo cards.  What should you do if you only need 25 or some other number?  If your project is new, create a new project and follow the instructions below when you get to the Project Format screen.  If you have an old project simply click "Project | Edit".  The following section will help you reduce the number of balls the software uses to generate bingo cards.  The following example will show you how to create a card class with 25, 30, and 40 balls.

   1. Click Create/Edit new class

      1. Enter a unique name for the new card class

      2. skip unless you also want to change the number of columns or rows from 5 (default) to another number.  Please note, if you decide to change the number of columns that also changes the numbers you should use for # 5.  Whatever number of balls you desire should be a multiple of the column count.  If your number divided by Column count produces a fraction then change your number.

      3. skip

      4. skip unless you have adjusted the column count.  Then add letters or delete letters until it equals the number in column count.

      5. Enter 5 (for 25), 6 (for 30), or 8 (for 40).  This column tells you how many numbers you wish to associate with each column.  The default is 15.  (Click Next)

      6. This should equal your column count found in #2 multiplied by the number entered for number 5. (default 5 * default 15 = default 75).

      7. skip (Click Next)

   2. Your new card class should show up on the Project Format screen with the name you've given it.  Select it from the drop down list and continue as normal.  If your new card class does not show up, click cancel and click "Project | New | Normal" or "Project | Edit" again.  If it still does not show follow the steps in section A again.  If it still does not show contact support.
