Some of our customers operate bingo halls.  When operating a bingo hall an excellent  auditing system helps to keep you in compliance with federal, state, and local laws.  Even though the laws regrinding bingo halls and their operation are unique to nearly ever county we think our software will help your audit trail regardless of where you live.

The first thing you will see on all of our cards is a date & time stamp.  This date/time stamp allows you to know exactly when that particular bingo card was produced in our software, assuming your clock is correct.

*Next, is we allow you to tag each of your bingo cards with a series number.  Up to 999 thousand cards can be in a series, however, we recommend keeping this number as low as 10,000.  Each series number by default is segmented by the year, month, and day the series was created plus the run number.  You can have up to 30 runs per series, each with its own set of numbers.  The series number is stamped on every bingo page.

The next number is the page number.  This is the number a person will give you to verify their win, assuming you are using our check card feature.  If the person is an affirmed winner, the card which won will display.  When the card is presented for an award you can verify the correct card was given.  By default the top row of bingo numbers on every card acts as a kind of audit number, so you really only have to write down the top five numbers.  There is a 1 in 759,379 chance any two cards will have the same exact top row of numbers.

*If you decide to use our game count feature the page number will be followed by a dash plus the game # this card is associated.  The software can handle up to 99 different games.

Color tagging is often used to generate an audit trail.  You can tag all of your cards a particular color or *you can tag each game (up to 99) with a different color.  You may have to adjust your bingo card pixel quality to achieve better looking colors, the default quality is 256 colors max.

*Lastly, each page is associated with a control number.  Each code is a 4 digit, base 16 number.  Base 16 digit systems have 16 numbers  per digits where as base 10 (the standard) only has 10 numbers per digit.  If you use the check card system the control number associated with the page the winning card is on will display.

If you purchase the pro version you may use your own logo's.  The software supports two logo's per page.  Perhaps you wish to tag each of your bingo cards with your own logo, in addition, have a different logo for each day of the week.

With all of these features each and every bingo card can act as it's own receipt for awarding cash prizes and if you really want to get technical you can purchase specialty paper with water marking to prevent copying of your bingo cards.
