The process is simple. Order IBA Bingo Card Maker and familiarize yourself with the product.  The software has a short learning curve and there is lots of help either by email or help files.   Next, simply collect pictures of those participating in the event.  Many reunions do this long before the day of the event.  If you want to go the extra mile you can request a small close up digital picture of each person or family.  If you have the proper setup you can take digital pictures at the orientation of the event.

Next, determine how many pictures you are going to use in your bingo game.  The software can handle up to 250 pictures.  However, we recommend no more than 100.  Add the pictures to your IBA Bingo Card Maker project file and add the names of the people or families at the top or bottom of each picture you have added.  There are instructions within the software that can help you with this if you need it.  Next, open our Number Generator tool included with the software and as each number is displayed, the corresponding picture will display.  You call out the name instead of the number.  In addition, each card is tagged with a number, so if someone calls bingo all they need to provide is the number on the card.

As you call out each number everyone will search their bingo cards looking at the pictures and the names underneath or above them.  This will help them become familiar with those members of the family or group while having a great time playing bingo.   You can even offer prizes for the winners and bring even more excitement to the game!!
